Shipping policy

DELIVERY + SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders over $300

We ship within New Zealand only at this stage. This does not mean we will not ship to your country in the near future. If you are outside the NZ market, please contact our online team here for a quote.

· Standard Shipping

· North Island - Urban Delivery - $10

· North Island - Rural Delivery / Waiheke Island - $12

· South Island Delivery - $15

· Parcels sent via Go Sweet Spot.

High Country Clothing also offers free local pickup. This is available during store hours. 

Please note: All orders are held for collection for up to 7 days. After 7 days we will return the item back to the shop floor and fully refund your order on the original card that was used to purchase. If you think you will need longer than 7 days to collect please contact our online team (06 3889172)

Please allow 1 - 4 working days for delivery. We always track and trace our packages to make sure that they arrive safely to their new owner. Unfortunately our couriers don't deliver to PO boxes so please ensure you provide a physical address. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

The courier service we use is Go Sweet Spot.

Please allow a couple extra working days when shipping to a rural address.

We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Gift wrapping

If you are gifting something to someone special, we are happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can gift wrap for free and add a gift card which we will happily write a message in for you – just leave a message with the details in the special instructions box at checkout.
